Century 21 Goodwin Property Consultants, former Goodwin Property Consultants established on 1989. First office in Tsuen Wan. In 1991 setup branch in Fotan, Shatin; 1994 join Century 21 Group and moved the office to Tai Wai.

After joining Century 21, Goodwin expands service branches in Symphony Bay of Sai Kung and Ma On Shan on 1999 & 2000 respectively. In 2004, serve high-end apartments in Clear Water Bay. Starting from 1995 to 2005, Goodwin won the Best Agency successively.

In 1999, Goodwin won to champion the Best Agent in NT West district which organised by Sing Tao Daily.

Up to now, Century 21 Goodwin has 16 branches located in Ma On Shan, Clear Water Bay, Sai Kung Town Centre; Tai Wan Station, City One Station, Tai Shui Hang Station, Ma On Shan Station of MOS Rail. Specialised in property of Private Flats, Village House, HOS, Estates & Luxury Flats.
